The kids each made a canvas painting for Dad. They turned out great!
We were gone a few days to the Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine, TX. It is a nature-themed hotel with a huge waterpark inside. This is our room, with a wolf den for the kids to sleep in. There were bunkbeds inside the cave.
The inside part of the water park. This doesn't include the outdoor park or the waterslides that curved around the building. The slides would start inside, curl around the outside of the building and wind back inside. One of them made me so motion sick I had to go back to the room and lie down.
A fun water activity--using a net to make your way across floating logs. It was not easy and required lots of strength and coordination to stay on the logs as they moved underneath you.
Meredith didn't quite make it across so down in the water she went!
