Shaving Cream Fight!

We went to the park on the last day of school for a Shaving Cream/Water Balloon/Silly String party! It got ugly fast! Even I was covered and I was safe on base!

Kindergarten graduation

This is a play called "The Dragon" a few students did to show they could read at the kindergarten graduation. Meredith played the king.

5th Grade Talent Show

Samuel and some boys from his class are doing a skit for the talent show. They throw objects in the sleeping bag where a "monster" (another boy) throws everything back out all chewed up.

Recital Time

This is Meredith doing her dance steps before her recital. Here she is waking up or coming to life, as done in her routine. Yes, I may have gotten carried away with the poses!

In her hand she holds a note she wrote to an older girl who dances with the class and leads them in their songs (she is shown in the front row of the recital pics). It is a picture she drew of the two of them dancing together. I hope Alisha appreciates this sweet gesture.

Memorial Weekend

Just a cute pic of my girl. I made this red, white and blue ruffle set for her 30 minutes before we went to church after I got the idea in bed. Crazy, I know!

Wonderland Night

Nicholas rides the water ride. It was a really warm night for school Wonderland night. It's okay to get wet when you don't have to freeze the rest of the night at the park, although the cold rainy weather never stopped them before.

Meredith meets up with some friends to ride the Frog Hopper. All she could talk about before we went was riding this ride, but when we got there she was too scared to get on. When she finally rode it she had a blast!

How much longer will she ride this in the kiddie area? She may be too big next year?

Mom's 60th Birthday

For Mom's 6oth birthday the family went to Palo Duro Canyon for the day. We grilled out burgers and hiked. The men/boys took along rifles and airsoft guns to shoot. The weather was perfect. Fun with the fam!

Ballet Costumes

Love this little flower costume! This is the best day of the year, getting the costumes, but torture to have to wait a month to wear them at the recitals! And as soon as the recitals are over, she wears them 24 hours a day until they are just in rags!
